 Job Description:

We're seeking a Strategic Vendor Support Specialist to join our Retail Vendor Management team. This role focuses on optimizing vendor relationships and enhancing operational efficiency by ensuring smooth communication and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day vendor operations and communications.
  • Monitor vendor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, procurement) to resolve vendor-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate vendor documentation and operational procedures.
  • Support the onboarding of new vendors and assist with system integrations.
  • Analyze vendor data and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in ensuring contract compliance and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management or retail operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with vendor compliance and risk assessment is preferred.
