Branch Manager

 Job Description:

A leading travel and tourism company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, maximize profitability, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service, with a strong focus on Religious Tourism, especially Hajj and Umrah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Lead the branch team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
  • Drive sales growth for travel packages, religious tourism programs, Hajj & Umrah services, and other tourism offerings.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by handling escalations, solving problems, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, accounting, suppliers, and management to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor branch profitability, expenses, KPIs, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, booking and payment procedures, tourism regulations, and internal controls.
  • Support supplier coordination and maintain strong business relationships with tourism partners.
  • Report regularly to the General Manager with branch performance updates, challenges, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the Tourism and Travel industry.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Branch Manager role.
  • Extensive experience in Religious Tourism, especially Hajj and Umrah, is a must.
  • Strong background in branch operations, sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of tourism operations, supplier coordination, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced computer proficiency.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, reservation systems, and travel booking platforms.
  • Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Resident of El-Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October, Giza, or nearby areas is preferred.
  • IATA, Tourism Operations, Sales Management, or Hajj & Umrah certificates are preferred.
