Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in preparing and serving light food items when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in Food & Beverage is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Basic English is a plus.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
