Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector.
- Conduct field visits to potential clients to present Nok Courier services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Shipping or Logistics sales.
- Education: Bachelors degree (Graduate required).
- Age: Preferred between 28 – 30 years.
- Gender: Male or Female.
- Language: Good command of English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Field sales experience is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary
- Variable Salary: Up to 10,000 EGP
- Commission: 1% on sales
