Maintenance Technician Q1,2026

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen and beverage 

  • equipment (coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, HVAC, etc.).

  • Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

  • Monitor facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs when required.

  • Maintain maintenance logs and reports.

  • Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or relevant certification in Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical field.

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail.

  • Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

  • Basic English knowledge is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
