Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen and beverage
equipment (coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, HVAC, etc.).

Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Monitor facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
-
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs when required.
-
Maintain maintenance logs and reports.
-
Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Technical diploma or relevant certification in Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical field.

2+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail.

Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
-
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Basic English knowledge is a plus.

Ability to work flexible shifts.
