Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support the recruitment process, with a focus on Blue Collar hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and previous experience in high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Blue Collar positions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.
• Support mass hiring activities and recruitment campaigns when required.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment.
• Graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply.
• Age: 22–30 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in mass recruitment is a plus.
