Sales Coordinator

 Job Description:

NOK Facilities is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client communications, preparing proposals, tracking sales activities, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Description:

- Handle daily communication with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp

- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations

- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups between sales representatives and clients

- Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and client databases

- Assist in tracking the sales pipeline, monthly targets, and KPI reports

- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries

- Coordinate with operations, finance, and delivery teams for smooth order processing

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation

- Support the sales team with research, competitor analysis, and market insights

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management

Job Requirements:

- Experience: Junior level (1–2 years)

- Education: Any field of study

- Language: Very good English proficiency

- Computer Skills: Expert Excel skills; strong overall computer proficiency

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in communication and coordination

- Presentable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks
