Senior HR Account Manager

 Job Description:

NOK Human Capital is hiring a Senior HR Account Manager to manage assigned HR accounts and ensure a professional, smooth, and positive experience for employees and clients.

The role requires a strong HR professional who can manage employee relations matters, handle client communication, support HR operations, resolve workplace concerns, and contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned HR accounts and act as the main point of contact for employees and clients.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally, confidentially, and in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities across assigned accounts.
  • Conduct onboarding, employee orientation, and policy awareness sessions.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, inquiries, and workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction, analyze feedback, and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive work environment.
  • Support employee retention strategies and contribute to improving employee experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent English level is a must, both spoken and written.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, HR Account Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations practices, and company policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations professionally.
  • Very good problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong reporting, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
