(Warehouse Operations Controller)

Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant – Inventory System Controller is responsible for ensuring the

accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all imported inventory data within the system. The

role focuses on reviewing import documentation, validating product specifications, and

maintaining accurate system records prior to physical warehouse transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate import sheets for all incoming shipments.

Verify product details including item description, SKU, quantity, specifications, barcode,

and product images.

Ensure proper item coding in alignment with the companys inventory structure.

Upload and maintain accurate data in the accounting system.

Ensure all inventory is properly recorded before physical receiving.

Identify and report inconsistencies in documentation or product details.

Maintain organized digital records for audit and tracking purposes.

Support inventory reconciliation processes.
