Operations Coordinator Q1 2026
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations within the food and beverage environment
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with food safety and quality standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing operational supplies (including food inventory and stock)
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of company records, particularly inventory and supply chain documentation
- Monitor expenses and manage the operations budget, including raw materials and operational costs
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services
- Collaborate with departments such as production, procurement, and customer service to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations
- Train and supervise junior staff on operational procedures within the F&B environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to the food and beverage industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control, especially in F&B operations
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety systems such as HACCP is an advantage
