Operational Sales Executive

 Job Description:

We are hiring an Operational Sales Executive to support sales operations by coordinating orders, following up with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The role plays a key part in bridging sales, operations, and clients while maintaining high service standards and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process sales orders from confirmation to delivery.
  • Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Support the Sales Manager / Commercial Manager in daily sales operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM / ERP systems and sales trackers.
  • Prepare sales-related reports, follow-ups, and operational updates.
  • Support field sales activities and client visits when required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Sales Management.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, operational sales, or B2B sales coordination.
  • Strong experience in order processing, client follow-up, and internal coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Corporate sales, B2B, or FMCG background is a plus.
  • Female candidates are preferred (per client request).
