Sales Engineer

 Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Engineer – Firefighting Systems to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with consultative selling. You will engage consultants, contractors, and project owners to promote engineered solutions and convert opportunities into active projects. The role directly impacts revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the firefighting and MEP sectors.
  • Conduct regular client and site visits to build relationships and identify project opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, and active project opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on submittals, compliance, and documentation.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with policy and targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in firefighting systems, MEP, or mechanical products sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of valves, pipes, fittings, and certified firefighting systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client and site visits.
