‎Job Purpose:‎

‎To manage ICT product listings and online marketplace operations for hardware and software products across Noon, Amazon, Jumia and other online selling channels.‎

‎Key Responsibilities:‎

‎- Create, upload and update product listings on Noon, Amazon, Jumia and other online seller pages.‎

‎- Manage product pages, titles, descriptions, specifications, prices, images, sizes, colors and stock availability.‎

‎- Use AI tools to create clear product descriptions, keywords and selling points when needed.‎

‎- Review online orders on marketplace dashboards and confirm order details before processing.‎

‎- Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to prepare products for delivery.‎

‎- Hand over confirmed orders to courier companies and follow up on delivery readiness.‎

‎- Coordinate product shooting, product preparation and image quality before upload.‎

‎- Support B2C online sales, wholesale online sellers and Faz3 online seller page activities.‎

‎- Use Odoo/ERP systems to check products, stock, orders and operational updates.‎

‎- Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.‎

‎Required Experience and Skills:‎

‎- 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, product listing or online sales.‎

‎- Experience with Noon, Amazon, Jumia or similar marketplaces is preferred.‎

‎- Background in ICT products, hardware, software, electronics or technology products is preferred.‎

‎- Experience using Odoo or another ERP system is preferred.‎

‎- Good product content writing skills in Arabic and English.‎

‎- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.‎

‎- Organized, accurate, detail-oriented and able to follow up on multiple orders and platforms.‎
