Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance.

  • Oversee stock management, inventory control, and merchandising activities.
  • Ensure visual merchandising meets brand guidelines and store presentation standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
