Job Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze MIS reports and dashboards

Monitor workforce performance and operational KPIs

Handle data analysis and reporting tasks accurately

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Support management with insights and performance tracking

Maintain data accuracy and reporting efficiency

Requirements

Graduates only

Maximum age: 30

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role

Experience within the banking industry is preferred

Strong Excel skills and reporting tools knowledge

English Level: B2

Strong analytical and communication skills
