NOK Human Capital is hiring a Logistics Officer for a leading organization in the supply chain sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across international routes. This role requires close coordination with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize shipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the complete logistics cycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Coordinate international shipments and optimize transportation activities across Air, Ocean, and Land freight modes.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure efficient shipment execution and compliance.
• Identify and resolve shipment constraints, delays, and service failures while implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations, customs requirements, and hazardous cargo standards.
• Assess and select the most economical and reliable transportation methods based on cost, transit time, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal departments to support smooth logistics operations.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and achieve cost savings.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by leveraging analytics and technology to enhance logistics visibility and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISCP or CSFFP are a plus.
• 1–5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience with SAP, logistics planning, and 3PL management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and freight operations.
• Knowledge of hazardous cargo transportation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with analytics tools.
• Digital mindset with familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.
