Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers according to the assigned route plan.
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Collect payments and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
- Monitor market activities and report customer feedback and competitor information.
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and report any maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Valid driving license.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
