Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside the branch and explain company software and hardware solutions.
• Present product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Maintain updated knowledge of company products and technology trends.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Update sales records and CRM system regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales (technology field is a plus).
• Basic understanding of software systems and computer hardware.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Presentable and customer-focused.
