Nok Human Capital is hiring Call Center Agents on behalf of one of the largest and most well-known banks in Egypt, ADCB Bank. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering high-quality customer service in English.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Escalate complex cases when needed according to procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and quality standards
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts with rotational days off
- On-site work at Mohandessin
Requirements
- Graduates only
- Males only
- English proficiency level B2 or above
- Previous customer service experience is a MUST
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
