Job Description:
Nok Human Capital is hiring Call Center Agents on behalf of one of the largest and most well-known banks in Egypt, ADCB Bank. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering high-quality customer service in English.
Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

Escalate complex cases when needed according to procedures

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Ensure compliance with bank policies and quality standards

Requirements

Graduates only

Males only

English proficiency level B2 or above

Previous customer service experience is a MUST
