 Job Description:

Nok Human Capital is hiring Call Center Agents on behalf of one of the largest and most well-known banks in Egypt, ADCB Bank. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering high-quality customer service in English.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

  • Escalate complex cases when needed according to procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and quality standards

Work Conditions

  • Rotational shifts with rotational days off

  • On-site work at Mohandessin

Requirements

  • Graduates only

  • Males only

  • English proficiency level B2 or above

  • Previous customer service experience is a MUST

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
