B2B Sales Specialist

 Job Description:

We are hiring an Entry-Level B2B Sales / Business Development Representative to support the growth of our technology solutions by identifying new business opportunities and supporting the full sales cycle. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional with a technical mindset who is eager to build a career in B2B technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and approach potential B2B clients.
  • Support selling technical products or solutions to business customers.
  • Understand customer needs and assist in proposing suitable technical solutions.
  • Support product demos and technical presentations with senior team members.
  • Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and updates on CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (internships are acceptable).
  • Technical educational background or strong interest in technology (IT, software, engineering, SaaS, telecom, or similar).
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
