We are hiring a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to provide legal support across corporate governance, labor matters, and company compliance. You will advise management on legal risk, ensure regulatory adherence, and support board and corporate secretarial activities. The role directly impacts legal compliance, risk mitigation, and governance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
• Support General Assembly and Board of Directors governance, documentation, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Law, Labor Law, and regulatory requirements.
• Support corporate filings, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Law; a Masters degree or legal certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate legal roles or law firms with corporate focus.
• Strong exposure to Companies Law, Labor Law, and corporate governance practices.
• Excellent legal drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo, in a professional corporate environment.
