Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Identify and acquire new clients within the Saudi market

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients

Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to potential customers

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements professionally

Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

Saudi nationality is a must

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager

A strong background in SaaS sales is required

Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships

Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and sales pipelines

Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
