We are seeking a Field Activation Supervisor to lead on-ground activation teams and ensure flawless execution of field campaigns. This role is responsible for route planning, team performance management, compliance enforcement, and delivering high-quality activations that meet coverage and conversion targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily and weekly routes to maximize coverage and operational efficiency.
• Supervise field teams on-ground, ensuring consistent execution quality across all activations.
• Conduct regular spot checks, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, data capture processes, and code of conduct.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, and day-offs while maintaining full operational coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams and event planners to ensure activation readiness.
• Track performance metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Address on-ground challenges and adjust plans in real time to meet targets.
• Ensure proper use of field tools and accurate data entry by all team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field activation, BTL, events, or retail operations.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising or managing field teams.
• Strong experience in route planning and field operations.
• Familiarity with field-force tools and reporting systems (e.g., FFO or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with flexible working hours.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
