Job Title: Senior General Accountant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior General Accountant to join our outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting operations for multiple clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for assigned clients.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Handle general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial data and accounting matters.
• Improve accounting procedures and internal controls when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a General Accountant or Senior Accountant, preferably within outsourcing or multi-client environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
