Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, returns).
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory balance.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and full inventory audits.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability.
Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete items.
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.
