Trade Marketing Supervisor
Job Description:
Job Purpose
The Trade Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving in-store execution, supporting point-of-sale activities, and ensuring effective implementation of trade marketing strategies across modern trade channels. The role works closely with sales and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning and drive sell-out performance.
Key Responsibilities

Execute trade marketing strategies and tactics in alignment with category and product plans.

Implement promotional activities in line with brand priorities and media plans.

Monitor trade marketing expenses and ensure activities are executed within budget.

Work closely with sales teams to analyze customer positioning and recommend in-store actions.

Follow up on new product launches and ensure proper execution at the store level.

Coordinate with suppliers on the design and production of trade marketing materials and POS tools.

Monitor competitors activities and provide regular reports to the commercial team.

Support communication of product and category strategies to customers and partners.

Drive sell-out initiatives and improve in-store visibility and execution standards.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.

Strong analytical and budgeting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
