Senior Sales B2B - Cairo
Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior B2B Sales Executive to lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing across high-growth sectors. You will build and manage a strong pipeline, run discovery and solution discussions, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships. The role directly drives revenue growth, market penetration, and customer value for NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and commercial proposals to stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Share client feedback and market insights with the wider sales and management teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Exposure to SaaS, FinTech, telecom, startups, or similar fast-paced industries.
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; Zoho experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree with good command of English.
- Location: Zahraa El-Maadi, Cairo; on-site, full-time, 9–5 with two days off and no business travel.
