Job Description:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering relevant to the specialization (Mechanical Engineering, Welding
- Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial or techno-commercial roles, including proven leadership experience.

Age not exceeding 45 years.

Owns a private car suitable for work-related duties.

Presentable, articulate, with strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Technical & Professional Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and commercial contract negotiation and closure.

Hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain management, dealing with both local and international suppliers.

Strong ability to negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts in alignment with company interests.

Expertise in preparing commercial strategies, pricing plans, and sales forecasts based on market analysis, cost structure, and competition.

Preferably experienced in welding inspection activities.

Solid knowledge of international standards and codes, including:
-
AWS
-
ISO
-
ASME
-
-
Advanced technical understanding of welding defects, their causes, and corrective actions.

Practical experience in providing on-site technical solutions for welding-related issues at client locations.

Strong ability to bridge technical and commercial aspects to effectively present product value and added benefits to clients.

Experience in after-sales service, technical support, and building long-term client relationships.

Preferably experienced in large-scale projects (Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure).

Proficient in computer applications, ERP systems, and preparation of periodic technical and commercial reports.

Good command of English language, spoken and written (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the companies commercial strategy to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Supervise and manage Sales, Marketing, and Procurement departments.
- Oversee procurement and supply operations, including supplier negotiations and purchase order approvals.
- Lead negotiations with key clients and finalize commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to clients before, during, and after sales.
- Participate in on-site welding problem-solving at customer locations when required.
- Identify and develop new markets and expand the companies market share.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance departments.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to top management covering commercial and technical activities.
