Job Requirments

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, with extensive, proven expertise in Religious Tourism (Hajj/Umrah) and VIP/Luxury Services.
  • Technical Skills: Strong commercial acumen and proven expertise in Luxury Service Contracting and Negotiation. Deep familiarity with the logistical and ceremonial protocols of sacred travel is essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding strategic leadership ability, professionalism in handling high-profile clients, and experience working under pressure in a high-stakes luxury service environment.

  • Commercial Strategy & Luxury Contracting:

  • Strategic Contracting:
    Lead all negotiations and contracting with 5-star luxury hotels and premium suppliers. Set the main strategy to secure exclusive inventory, superior rates, and highly favorable terms specifically tailored for the VIP segment.
  • Product Development: Oversee the design, pricing, and meticulous preparation of all VIP Religious Tour Programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and exceeding luxury standards.
  • Business Development (BD): Formulate market strategies to target high-net-worth clients and specialized luxury travel partners. Actively market and secure new contracts and exclusive partnerships in this niche sector.
  • VIP Operations & Leadership:

  • Operations Oversight: Maintain full operational control over all logistical arrangements,
    including private/charter aviation services, bespoke accommodation, ground handling, and personalized itinerary management for VIP guests.
  • Service Excellence: Guarantee the delivery of customized, seamless, and discreet service that exceeds the expectations of the most discerning clientele at every stage of the journey.
  • Crisis Management: Efficiently manage and resolve all operational crises (e.g., major reservation or logistical issues) with prompt, discreet, and customer-centric solutions appropriate for high-profile clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the VIP operations and service teams to achieve the highest service quality and execution standards.
