 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to software and hardware products.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.

  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Update CRM system with accurate sales data and reports.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in software and hardware sales.

  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, networking, systems, and enterprise software.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Very good command of English.
