Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through client communication, proposal preparation, and pipeline tracking. You will act as the operational backbone of the sales function, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination with internal teams. The role directly impacts sales efficiency, response times, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily communication with clients via phone, email, and messaging channels.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups between sales representatives and clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and client databases.
- Track sales pipeline progress, monthly targets, and KPI performance.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
