Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.

• Recommend cosmetic and skincare products based on customer needs.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display (merchandising).

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store supervisor for replenishment.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Medium / Above Medium / Bachelors Degree preferred.

• Previous retail or cosmetics sales experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Presentable appearance.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
