We are hiring a Sustainability Program Manager to lead end-to-end sustainability initiatives across design, construction, and operations. You will own program strategy, financial modeling, and delivery to drive measurable environmental and business outcomes. The role directly impacts sustainability performance, ROI, and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead sustainability programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Build and manage sustainability-focused financial models and ROI analyses.
• Use data and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, construction, and operations.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and results to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment with sustainability standards, certifications, and best practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve environmental and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in construction, real estate, or design roles with a sustainability focus.
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management roles.
• Experience with sustainability financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Advanced degree or sustainability accreditation such as LEED AP, PE, CEM, or LFA is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in English.
