Senior Export Sales Executive

ππΌπ― π£πΏπΌπ³πΆπΉπ²: As an International Sales Executive (Export Sales) at ACMA for Chemical and Mining, you will play a crucial role in shaping the sales direction and success of our company. You will work closely with the Export Sales Manager to drive the growth and development of our plans.
π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Seek out new sales opportunities actively through cold calling, networking, and social media. - Set up meetings/call conferences with potential customers and support their needs and concerns. - Prepare appropriate presentations on our products and services. - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. - Reply to customers' inquiries and support the customers' needs. - Be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. - Create a strong database of current and new customers. - Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. - Evaluate all customer issues if they exist, and provide optimal solutions to resolve them. - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. - Coordinate with the Manager to figure out an efficient business plan.Β
π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ: - A bachelor's degree is a Must; in Business Administration is preferable. - Experience: from 4 to 7 years as an Export Sales Specialist at a large international scope. - Good experience in the logistics field.Β
ππ²π π¦πΈπΆπΉπΉπ: - Teamwork and motivational skills. - Good planning and organizing skills. - English language is a Must, written and spoken. - French is preferred. - Proficient in using various Microsoft Office programs. - Excellent communicator. - Very good Negotiator.
