NOK Human Capital is hiring "Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist"

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare Data Base, HRIS, personnel duties & employee files.

- Handle all labor office issues, all social & medical insurance issues and all resignation procedures.

- Collect daily, weekly or monthly time-sheets.

- Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month

- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.

- Ensure wages and tax with holdings comply with regulations.

- Enter new employees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Payroll & Personnel

- Advanced English Language

- Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software system.

- Good knowledge of labor legislation.

- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.

- HR Diploma or certificate is an asset

- BPO industry is preferred.
