Regional On-Premise Manager (OUTSIDE REGIONS)

NOK Human Capital is hiring a very active "REGIONAL ON-PREMISE MANAGER (OUTSIDE REGIONS)" for one of the most well known multinational companies in FMCG.

Job Description:

Responsibility for breaking down and implementing the national business plan in the assigned region (Alexandria, Delta, and Red Sea).

Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team. Lead and coach all direct reports in a motivational way for increased productivity and engagement. Support and enable field teams to implement tools and concepts.

Permanent observation of market trends and active search for new business opportunities in the market

Carry out ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs and reporting tool database with an insight into action mentality.

Initiatives and concepts (from events to experiences, incentives and others) that increase share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue (bar) staff, decision makers, owners and influencers, all resulting into increased sales.

Ensure a strong and effective network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities.

Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product especially in front of On Premise teams and network.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

-  Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success. With minimum 2 years of management experience (in the FMCG business).
- Strong On Premise (HORECA) industry knowledge.
- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (strong understanding of sales processes and financial systems).
- Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in FMCG context.
- Proficient in MS Office
