Customer Service and Reservation Agent

Requirements:

- Fluent English speakers.

- Grads, Dropouts and Gap year students without any commitments.

- Start Date: Immediately.

- Years of Experience: 1 year.

- Males and Females.

- Egyptians only.

Job Details and Conditions:

- Work from home.

- 2 days off. Required to work every other weekend

- Working Hours: Two fixed shifts Morning Shift: 9am to 6pm - After Shift: 12:30pm to 9:30pm.

Package & Benefits:

- Net salary: 14k + 30% Kpis bonus (Commitment and attendance)

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage inbound enquiries via multiple channels and respond appropriately following company guidelines.

- Prepare quotations and make reservations for our members.

- Research and provide recommendations for travel, accommodation and activities.

- Propose alternative solutions if the members desired product or service is not available.

- Upsell additional products and services.

- Market our offers and promotions to members.

- Update the company website with the latest information, products and offers from our suppliers.

- Undertake price comparisons to check the performance of our website versus other booking websites.

- General office administration.
