Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage and maintain executives calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling phone calls, inquiries, and email correspondence on their behalf.

Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain organized filing systems, and manage office supplies.

Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan and schedule internal/external meetings, assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.

Project & Travel Assistance: Assist in project tracking, prepare reports, and manage travel arrangements, including international trips. Process expense reports and assist with budgeting.
Key Requirements

Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within a marketing agency or customer service industry.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to manage confidential matters with discretion.
