Job Description:
NOK human Capital is hiring a "Commercial Director" for one of the biggest Oil & gas companies in Egypt.
Located in New Cairo
The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within the organization, focusing on driving revenue growth and developing strategies to meet the company's business objectives. The role involves managing a sales team, overseeing sales operations, and working closely with other departments like marketing, Operations and finance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement a commercial sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Set sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring effective performance.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to improve their skills.
- Set sales quotas, assign territories, and provide guidance to team members.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Forecast sales trends and track progress against budgets.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations/supply chain teams to align strategies and promote the organizations offerings.
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide feedback to various teams based on client needs and market demands.
- Market & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and adapt the sales approach accordingly.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the business.
