NOK Human Capital is hiring "Supply Chain Specialist" for Bless, personal care product manufacturing company.


Location: Sheraton 


Job Description: 


- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory, management, distribution, and logistics.

- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.

- Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular inventory audits.

- Collaborate with production teams to develop production schedules that align with demand forecasts and inventory levels.

- Monitor production progress and adjust Plans as needed to meet targets.

- Coordinate transportation activities and optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and ensure on-time delivery.

- Ensure the compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the supply chain.

- Implement quality control measures to prevent product defects and ensure safety.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.

- Implement best practices and lean principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Job Requirements: 

- Experience + 3 years in the same field 

- Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Previous experience in supply chain management, preferably in cosmetics industry. Experience with procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- English language fluency.

- Excellent computer skills proficiency
