About the Role
NOK Human Capital is currently hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support the EU Startup Supply Chain team of a global E-commerce leader. In this dynamic role, youll coordinate cross-border transfers, customs clearance, and 3PL operations while ensuring compliance with global trade standards. Youll be a key player in streamlining logistics processes across regions such as EMEA, UK, AMET, NA, LATAM, AU, and IN.

What Youll Do
Coordinate international shipments and customs clearance for asset transfers across global regions
Ensure commercial invoice accuracy and process compliance on both export and import sides
Collaborate with Global Trade Services, Non-Retail Shipping POC, and third-party logistics providers
Oversee material handling by external storage contractors across multiple countries
Define, implement, and monitor procedures to improve logistics efficiency and compliance
Analyze workflow, propose process enhancements, and help establish policy guidelines
Forecast workloads to support staffing and warehousing needs during peak volumes
Promote high safety and ergonomics standards in all logistics processes
Support reporting on inventory accuracy and ensure alignment with Finance, Accounting, and Trade Compliance teams
Contribute to IT automation initiatives to streamline logistics operations

Who Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Logistics, Trade Compliance, or Export/Import operations
Strong coordination skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-country projects
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to workflow and policy compliance
Experience in warehouse management and 3PL coordination is a strong plus
