Software Support Consultant (hybrid )
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting global digital platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical support background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a proven ability to work in remote environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer support requests through various channels including email, chat, and internal ticketing systems
Analyze technical issues using diagnostics, logs, and pre-analysis techniques
Liaise with cross-functional teams to escalate bugs and track feature requests
Assist in testing, documentation, and feedback collection for product improvements
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer or technical support
Proven experience using remote communication and project management tools such as Slack, Zendesk, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, and ServiceNow
Proficiency in Excel, particularly in using Pivot Tables and Power Pivot
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with XML and CSV file formats
