About the Role
A well-established trading and manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Import - Office Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end import processes while also supporting senior leadership with high-level administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all inbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with import regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including freight forwarders and clearance agents, to streamline operations.
- Negotiate with local service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize NAFEZA and Cargo X systems effectively.
- Welcome and assist visitors and guests of senior management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Arrange travel logistics such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and exhibition schedules.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives, including handling special assignments as needed.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3years of experience in import operations.
- At least one year of experience in office administration.
- Solid working knowledge of NAFEZA and Cargo X systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Flexible to work between two office locations and handle occasional off-site tasks.
Job Details
- Location: Heliopolis (4 days/week) and Obour City (2 days/week)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days/week (Friday off)
