Key Responsibilities:

-Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and documentation.

-Handle inquiries from clients and provide relevant information.

-Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

-Prepare sales reports, presentations, and maintain CRM databases.

-Monitor and follow up on leads and customer accounts.

-Support in scheduling meetings, preparing contracts, and handling client communication.

-Maintain records of sales transactions, agreements, and correspondence.
