Job Title: Construction Business Development Engineer 

Job Summary: Our client, based in Egypt with operations extending to GCC regions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Engineer. you'll combine engineering expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the companys strategic objectives.
  • Act as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions.
  • Work with the product and R&D teams to relay client feedback and support innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop proposals, quotes, and tenders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
  • 3-8 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and market analysis tools.
