Facility Senior Manager

to one of the well-known multinational IT services and consulting companies.

Job Description:

Conducting research to identify new technologies that could improve efficiency or reduce costs in facilities management

Developing a strategic plan to address current issues in facilities management, including capital projects and maintenance needs

Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and properly maintained by hiring and supervising contractors, architects, engineers, and other staff members

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including maintenance, repair, cleaning services, safety protocols, health and well-being

Oversees construction progress, ensuring that timing, costs and contract requirements are met

Recommends priorities and general strategies for facilities planning and plans for best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new and existing buildings

Planning for future improvement projects, and oversees selection and provision of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for existing space

Makes periodic tours of the interior/exterior of the site to document findings on a building inspection form, as applicable

Job Requirements:

*10+ years of Experience in Facility Management

*Bachelor Degree in Engineering

*Excellent English Language

*Health & Safety Certification is a plus

*Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making and quality control skills
