Job Description:

1) Executing the sales strategy and communicating strategic priorities

2) Driving and managing red bull initiatives and ensuring implementation of execution standards

3) Monitoring sales progress against business plans

4) Driving engagement and coaching distribution partners to produce execution excellence

Job Requirements:

- Sales experience and track record in Consumer Goods industry (Beverage preferred), +5 years (Distributor and Supplier experience preferred)

- Successful track record in team management and leadership

- Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- Region geographical knowledge beneficial
