Job Summary

NOK human capital is hiring for a Dental Center : 3 experienced Branch Managers to oversee daily operations at their branch. This role is ideal for dynamic leaders with a strong background in healthcare or service operations who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in team coordination and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily appointment schedules and ensure confirmation with reception staff.
• Verify availability of required materials and prosthetics for upcoming appointments.
• Monitor reception teams communication, including WhatsApp responses and treatment plan follow-ups.

• Ensure VIP patient appointments are coordinated and prioritized.

• Supervise cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene protocols at the

  branch.

• Enforce staff discipline and promote professional behavior.

• Manage weekly supply tracking and branch inventory.

• Handle client complaints and coordinate with the customer service department to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree (any discipline)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the healthcare, hospitality, or service industry

• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Languages: Good command of English

• Computer Proficiency: Very good

• Age: 25-30 years

• Gender: Male

Job Conditions

• Location: Nasr city , West el Balad or Mohandesin

• Working Hours: 4 PM - 2 AM (10-hour shifts)

• Days Off: 1 day per week

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Work Mode: On-Site
