Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Fintech Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients in the financial technology space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and acting as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of fintech clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, challenges, and goals.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, training, and ongoing support for client accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, tech, finance) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive client retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
  • Stay informed of fintech trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Support the sales team with insights to improve product-market fit and revenue generation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of account management experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products, APIs, digital payments, or financial platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with banking APIs, digital wallets, or payment gateways.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus depending on client regions.
